  • 2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or herbed stuffing
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 c. finely chopped apples

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Press lightly into a greased 6-cup ring mold. Turn out onto a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Drain.
