- 1/2 chicken
- 1 (12 oz.) bag noodles
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 stacks saltines
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can peas
- chicken broth
Directions

1Boil chicken in one pot and noodles in another pot for 20 minutes.

2Combine noodles and chicken.

3Add cream of mushroom soup, saltine crackers, mushrooms, butter and peas.

4Add chicken broth.

5Place in oven and bake 30 to 40 minutes, until crispy on top, at setting of 350°.
