- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 sticks melted butter
- 3 stacks Ritz crackers
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Boil chicken until done.

2Chunk into bite size pieces in large bowl.

3Add soup (may also use other creamed varieties), celery and sour cream.

4In separate bowl, crush crackers and stir in melted butter.

5Spread half of cracker mixture on bottom of a large casserole dish.

6Spoon in chicken and top with remaining cracker crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly.

8Serves 6 to 8.
