- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Stew chicken breasts. Let cool.

2Remove bones and skin, cut into chunks. Add soups, milk and broth.

3Mix well.

4Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.

5Put a layer, about half of mixture, into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.

6Add chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing mixture.

7Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until top is brown.
