Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice (cooked as directions on box)
  • 3 c. cooked chicken (cut into bite size, add later)

Directions

    Pour into casserole, heat until bubbly in a 350° oven, about 25 to 30 minutes.

    Take out to sprinkle cheese on top.

    Return to oven until cheese is melted.

    Use a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
