- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice (cooked as directions on box)
- 3 c. cooked chicken (cut into bite size, add later)
Directions

1Pour into casserole, heat until bubbly in a 350° oven, about 25 to 30 minutes.

2Take out to sprinkle cheese on top.

3Return to oven until cheese is melted.

4Use a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
