- 1 whole chicken
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Cook the chicken and save the broth.

2Melt the butter and mix with the stuffing.

3Put half of the stuffing in bottom of greased casserole dish.

4Layer rest of ingredients.

5Add rest of stuffing crust and sprinkle with stuffing.

6Cook 45 minutes at 350°.
