Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 each medium red and green chopped peppers
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Saute cut up chicken until partially done.

    In separate pan, saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender.

    Remove from heat.

    Add spinach, soup, sour cream and paprika.

    Combine in casserole with chicken.

    Cover with aluminum foil.

    Bake at 350° until chicken is done.

    Serve with noodles or rice.
