- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, pared and cubed
- 2 celery stalks, pared and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned, halved and boned
- 1/4 tsp. anise
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. hot chicken stock
- 1 c. cooked peas and onions
Directions

1Place butter, potatoes, carrots, celery and parsley in 12 cup casserole.

2Cover and microwave 8 minutes.

3Add chicken breasts and anise.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Mix in flour; pour in chicken stock, cover and microwave 6 minutes.

6Stir in onions and microwave 2 minutes, uncovered.
