- 4 oz. low-fat ribbon noodles or any type noodle or pasta
- 1 can mushroom soup or chicken mushroom soup
- 4 to 6 chicken thighs or 1 large can chicken
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
Directions

1Cook skinned chicken; cool and debone.

2If using canned chicken or leftovers, warm chicken in 1 can of chicken broth. Cook noodles in broth.

3Two to three ounces of broth should be left in the noodles.

4Mix together the noodles, chicken, onion, bell pepper and soup.

5Pour into casserole; top with cheese.

6Cook for 25 to 30 minutes in a 325° preheated oven.

7Use salt and pepper to taste.
