Ingredients

  • 1 fryer, boiled and deboned
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 2 cans broth from chicken
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. rice (regular, raw)
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Wash and drain rice, then put in bottom of casserole.

    Pour soup and broth over it.

    Put in chicken and margarine.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Use large square casserole.
