Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c. almonds (optional)
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Crumble crackers and mix with butter.

    Spoon over top of chicken mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
