- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk (tall can)
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Debone.

3Mix sour cream, mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can of milk and stir in chicken.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Mix the small package of stuffing mix with the melted oleo and then add the hot water.

6Crumble or sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

8May be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.

9Serves 8 to 10.
