- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 stacks saltines, crushed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts until tender and save broth.

2Debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs.

4Layer half of cracker mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Place all of the chicken on top.

6Mix sour cream, soup and broth well.

7Pour over chicken and top with remaining cracker crumbs.

8Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until brown on top, at 350°.
