- 1 (2 lb.) chicken, boneless and skinned
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots or 1 can peas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Grease baking pan.

2Sprinkle rice over bottom.

3Heat soup with milk.

4Pour over rice.

5Place chicken pieces evenly in pan.

6Place pats of butter on top of chicken.

7Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over all.

8Seal pan with foil and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
