Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 pkg. soft tortilla, cut into 1-inch squares

Directions

    Mix cheeses together.

    Heat soups, broth and chiles together. Layer in greased casserole dish:

    1/2 soup, 1/2 tortillas, 1/2 chicken and 1/2 cheeses.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

    Top with sour cream. Serve with a tossed salad.
