  • cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 or 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • season packet from stuffing mix

Directions

    In a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, place meat (cut up) on bottom.

    Place vegetables over meat.

    Mix soup and milk together; pour over vegetables.

    Sprinkle stuffing over soup mixture.

    Boil butter, seasoning packet and broth; pour over stuffing.

    Bake 1 hour at 350° or microwave 30 minutes.
