- 1 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- crushed potato chips
Directions

1Mix all together, except potato chips and place in a 2 1/2- quart casserole.

2Refrigerate overnight.

3Remove one hour before baking.

4Sprinkle potato chips over top.

5Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 375°.
