  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar apricot jam
  • 8 chicken breasts, boned

Directions

    Combine the first three ingredients in a saucepan; heat and stir until mixed well. Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.
