- 1 pkg. Tostitos, lightly crushed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Directions

1In a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole, place 1/2 crushed tortilla chips.

2Saute onion until tender and add both soups, milk and picante sauce.

3Cook over low heat until well blended.

4Spoon half of soup mixture over Tostitos chips, then sprinkle with 1 cup chicken and half cheese.

5Repeat layers.

6Bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
