- 3 c. chopped chicken
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 small diced onion
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 tsp. curry
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 3 diced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. thin egg noodles
- 1 bottle white wine
Directions

1Cook chicken and chop into bite size pieces.

2Mix mayo, soup and cheese over low heat until all is melted, stirring constantly. Combine remaining ingredients, except wine.

3Cook on low heat for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.

4Cook noodles; pour sauce on top, then squeeze lemon juice on top.

5Open wine.
