- 2 Tbsp. Weight Watchers margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
- 1 c. skim milk
- 8 oz. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. fresh or frozen thawed, chopped broccoli, cook until tender-crisp
- 4 oz. regular shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine in saucepan.

3Blend in flour and bouillon.

4Gradually stir in milk and continue stirring as it comes to a boil.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in chicken and mushrooms.

7Arrange broccoli in 2-quart casserole; spoon mix over broccoli evenly.
