  • 2 Tbsp. Weight Watchers margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 8 oz. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c. fresh or frozen thawed, chopped broccoli, cook until tender-crisp
  • 4 oz. regular shredded Cheddar cheese

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Melt margarine in saucepan.

    Blend in flour and bouillon.

    Gradually stir in milk and continue stirring as it comes to a boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in chicken and mushrooms.

    Arrange broccoli in 2-quart casserole; spoon mix over broccoli evenly.
