Chicken Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Directions

    Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top each piece with slice of cheese.

    Lay sliced mushrooms on top of cheese. Mix soup with wine and pour on top. Spread on stuffing mix and drizzle butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
