- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 2 to 3 chopped chicken breasts
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute the onion and carrots in the margarine until the onion is clear, about 10 minutes.

2Add the flour; stir in very well. Add the chicken stock; heat until smooth and thick.

3Add the chopped chicken; cook until chicken is done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
