Chicken-Cheese Roll-Ups

  • 3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
  • 8 oz. cream cheese with chives, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley (mix with cream cheese)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
  • bacon strips
  • 6 to 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts (chicken will shrink in baking so judge accordingly)
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. Dijon-type mustard
  • 1 tsp. dill or (for a lighter flavor) tarragon
  • 1 stick butter or butter substitute

    In shallow pan, melt butter in 350° oven.

    While butter is melting, mix lemon juice, mustard and dill.

    When butter is melted, remove pan from oven.
