- 3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
- 8 oz. cream cheese with chives, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley (mix with cream cheese)
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- bacon strips
- 6 to 8 boned and skinned chicken breasts (chicken will shrink in baking so judge accordingly)
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 tsp. Dijon-type mustard
- 1 tsp. dill or (for a lighter flavor) tarragon
- 1 stick butter or butter substitute
Directions

1In shallow pan, melt butter in 350° oven.

2While butter is melting, mix lemon juice, mustard and dill.

3When butter is melted, remove pan from oven.
