Chicken Cheese Rollups

  • 12 oz Skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 21 oz garlic cheese spread

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Pound chicken breasts until thinned out.

    In a shallow dish or mixing bowl mix together bread crumbs and cheese

    Dip one side of each breast into butter then into crumb mixture
  5. 5
    Place a dollop of cheese spread at one end of breast on a plain side.

    Roll up breast and secure with toothpick

    Place on greased baking dish drizzle any remaining butter over all.

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes
