- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water
- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in crock-pot.

2Cook on low for 9 hours.

3Drain liquid into saucepan; add spaghetti.

4Cook spaghetti just until tender.

5Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces; add Velveeta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, chicken, chilies and soup to spaghetti.

6Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.

7Add salt and pepper.
