Chicken Cheesybite Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 300 g pumpkin, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • Olive oil spray
  • 6 Mediterranean wraps
  • 1/2 cup VEGEMITE CHEESYBITE
  • 25 g baby spinach leaves
  • 2 sticks celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced

Directions

    PLACE the chicken on a paper lined baking tray and the pumpkin on another.

    Spray the chicken and pumpkin with oil and bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 25 minutes or until cooked.

    Set aside to cool.

    SPREAD each wrap with VEGEMITE CHEESYBITE.

    Slice the chicken and place on the wraps with some pumpkin, spinach, celery and onion.

    Roll to enclose the filling.

    Serve immediately.
