  • Block of Jalapeno/Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Chili Powder (2-3 shakes)
  • Oregano- generously sprinkled
  • Cumin Seed (2 shakes or to taste)
  • 1 Lg jar of salsa (mild, med, or hot)
  • 1 lg jar of Randall's Great Northern Beans with juice (may substitute)
  • *Optional: Black beans (rinsed & drained) or frozen corn kernels
