- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
- 3 medium red bell peppers, seeded, cut into strips
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and black pepper; set aside.

2Heat oil in large Dutch oven on medium-high heat.

3Add chicken; cook until evenly browned, turning occasionally.

4Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.

5Add tomatoes and ham; mix well.

6Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

7Add red peppers; stir.

9Simmer 20 min.
