- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen stir-fry vegetables with seasonings
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1In saucepan, put chicken, vegetables with seasonings, water and ginger; cook on medium high until bubbly.

2Cover saucepan; turn burner to low.

3Cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

4In a bowl, put orange juice and cornstarch.

5Mix into chicken mixture; cook 2 minutes more.

6Spoon chicken mixture over the noodles.

7Makes 4 servings.
