- 1 whole chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash and dry chicken breast.

2Cut into bite size chunks.

3In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

4In a small bowl, combine milk and egg. Dunk chicken nuggets in milk-egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.

5Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with catsup, barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
