  • 1 whole chicken breast
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

    Wash and dry chicken breast.

    Cut into bite size chunks.

    In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

    In a small bowl, combine milk and egg. Dunk chicken nuggets in milk-egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.

    Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with catsup, barbecue sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
