- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 lb. herb stuffing mix
- onion flakes
- celery flakes
- salt
- 1 c. stock from boiling chicken
Directions

1Boil chicken for 1 hour.

2Onion, celery and salt can be added to the water.

3Bone chicken.

4Lay in 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Mix both soup and the can of milk; pour over chicken.

6Melt 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of stock from boiled chicken.

7Sprinkle herb stuffing mix on top of chicken.

8Pour butter/stock mixture on top of stuffing mix.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
