Ingredients

  • 2 A 1/2 lbs (8ish) tomatoes
  • 1 seedless cucumber, peeled or unpeeled, ends removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange/red bell pepper, seeded, stemmed, roughly chopped
  • 1 jalapeAo pepper, seeded, stemmed, roughly chopped
  • 1 small red onion
  • handful of green beans
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon (juice from)
  • 3 c tomato juice
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 3 tbsp mayo

    Puree veggies

    Add juices, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, cayenne

    Stir, transfer back to blender and add mayo

    Mix one last time

    I can't remember if you puree the chives or add them in afterward.

    I'm going to guess sprinkle on top of each bowl.
