- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Mix chicken, rice and broth and set aside.

2Melt butter and pour into a 1 1/2 quart round casserole dish.

3Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk and pour into casserole dish with butter.

4Spoon chicken/rice mixture into center.

5Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
