  • 2 c. instant rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
  • boneless chicken breasts
  • grated onion

Directions

    Dilute soup with 1 can water.

    Place rice in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour diluted soup over the rice.

    Sprinkle with grated onion. Add chicken.

    Bake at 350° for one hour or until chicken is done. May add moisture if needed.
