  • 1 1/2 c. raw rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 8 chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Sprinkle rice over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Mix soups and water. Pour 3/4 of this mixture over rice.

    Stir well. Top rice with chicken.

    Cut butter into chunks and place on chicken.

    Pour rest of soup mixture over chicken. Cover all with cheese and paprika.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until rice is tender.
