- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 8 oz. thin sliced Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. thin sliced cooked ham
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. heavy cream
Directions

1Spread breasts flat; fold ham and cheese to fit on top.

2Fold over; fasten with toothpicks.

3On waxed paper, mix flour and paprika; coat chicken.

4In hot butter, cook chicken until brown on all sides.

5Add wine and bouillon.

6Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until fork-tender.

7Remove toothpicks.
