- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Thick (1 Slice Per Chicken Breast)
- 6 slices Ham
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pinches Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
Directions

1Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.

2Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and ham on each piece of chicken, to within 1/4 inch of edges.

3Fold in half; secure with a toothpick.

4Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and parsley.

5Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
