  • 6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Thick (1 Slice Per Chicken Breast)
  • 6 slices Ham
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pinches Seasoned Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley

Directions

    Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.

    Place 1 slice of mozzarella cheese and ham on each piece of chicken, to within 1/4 inch of edges.

    Fold in half; secure with a toothpick.

    Brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt and parsley.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
