Chicken Corn Soup

- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. hot milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat corn; put through sieve.

2Combine celery, chicken and broth in saucepan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat.

5Simmer 15 minutes.

6Stir hot milk into egg yolks gradually.

7Add to soup mixture and corn.

8Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

9Add butter, salt and pepper.

10Serve with croutons.
