- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
- 1 qt. cornbread crumbs
- salt, pepper and sage
- 1/2 boiled chicken, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine.

2Heat broth and soups and pour over crumbs; mix.

3Add onions and celery; season to taste. If needed, add boiling water to moisten.

4Grease casserole dish. Alternate layers of the chicken and the dressing mixture, beginning and ending with the dressing.

5Bake about 45 minutes at 350°.
