- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Boil chicken for 35 minutes.

2Cool and debone.

3Place thawed broccoli in bottom of greased flat baking dish.

4Add chicken pieces.

5Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry and lemon together; pour over chicken.

6Sprinkle cheese over top.

7Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Serve over wild rice.
