- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (with green chilies)
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and peppers in margarine.

2Gradually add remaining ingredients.

3Simmer on stove for 1 to 2 hours.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5If too thin, add a cornstarch mixture to thicken.

6If too thick, add more broth.

7Serve over rice.
