  • 3/4 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. minced celery
  • 3/4 c. green pepper
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2-3 c. cut up chicken
  • 2 c. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Warm cooked rice

    Combine first 5 ingredients in 3 qt casserole.

    Cover and microwave 8 min.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.

    Cover and microwave (high setting) 8 min.

    Remove cover and microwave 2 min more.

    Remove bay leaf.
