   In a small bowl, mix the first four ingredients.

   Beat on high speed with mixer until it peaks.

   Put in a large bowl.

   On slow speed, slowly add sugar.

   Stir in nuts. Drop onto waxed paper by teaspoonful.

   Leave until outside feels firm.

   Turn over.

   Let dry for 12 hours.

   Store in airtight container.
