Ingredients
- 1 pt. cooked, deboned and finely chopped chicken
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt or to your taste
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (to your taste)
Directions

1In a medium to large saucepan, melt 1/4 stick butter or margarine and stir in 1/4 cup flour until smooth.

2Add 1 cup milk and stir at a low boil until thickened and leaves sides of pan (about 2 minutes).

3Remove pan from burner.

4Add to this white sauce the chicken, onion, 1 egg, 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

5Blend well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
