- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat in deep kettle; add seasoned salt.

2Add crushed garlic and pepper.

3Simmer 10 to 20 minutes.

4Add tomatoes and tomato paste.

5Stir thoroughly, cover and simmer 30 minutes.

6Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse. Pour 1/3 of meat sauce into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Cover with strips of lasagna noodles.

8Combine slightly beaten eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.

9Arrange Mozzarella cheese over noodles, then egg mixture.

10Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.

11Bake in 325` oven about 30 minutes.
