  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, diced or turkey
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
  • 1/3 c. French fried onions

Directions

    Blend broth into soups and mix well.

    Combine chicken, onion, celery, chestnuts and noodles.

    Place in greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Top with a few chow mein noodles.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Last 15 minutes, top with French fried onions.
