- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. cooked chicken, diced or turkey
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles
- 1/3 c. French fried onions
Directions

1Blend broth into soups and mix well.

2Combine chicken, onion, celery, chestnuts and noodles.

3Place in greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Top with a few chow mein noodles.

4Bake at 325° for 40 minutes. Last 15 minutes, top with French fried onions.
