- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 lb. chicken
- 1 c. finely crushed pkg. herb-seasoned stuffing
Directions

1Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup water and onion.

2Dip chicken in soup mixture; roll in stuffing.

3Place in shallow baking dish and drizzle with butter.

4Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

5Combine remaining soup and water.

6Heat; stir.

7Serve over chicken.
