  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. low-fat milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Trim chicken breast.

    Cut into thin cutlets (about half the thickness it is already).

    Mix mayonnaise with milk, salt and pepper.

    Dip chicken in wet mixture cover in crumbs.

    Bake in oven at 325F until done.
