- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. taco flavored corn chips, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter/margarine
Directions

1Mix soup, water and hot pepper sauce.

2Dust chicken with flour; dip in 1/2 cup soup mixture.

3Roll in chips.

4Place on rack in shallow baking pan.

5Drizzle with butter.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

7Heat remaining sauce; serve with chicken. Makes 4 servings.
